  • Legal liability – protection against content of an offensive or highly inappropriate nature or downloading copyright material such as music or pirate software. Reduces risks of sexual harassment, exposure to inappropriate content, law suits for failing to control copyright material distribution and demonstrates a reasonable effort to prevent such issues
