The configurer is used by the administrator to centrally configurer how the clients will operate.

A message showing a compressed attachment. Users will not know that the attachment has been compressed or decompressed.
The icon has not changed and even though this is compressed to a zip and clicking on the attachment will mean it will open up in the target application as normal.
