Deduplification
Often many of the messages or files found in the
result set are duplicates of each other. One email sent to
numerous people in your organization can produce multiple copies
of the same message found with your search. To prevent wasted
effort, Discovery Attender can de-duplicate the data, showing one
instance of these duplicate items based on user selected criteria.
The user will always have the option to see the full list, or the
duplicates of any individual item.
Copy Results to PST Files
Aside from Discovery Attender's email discovery
and pst search functionality, another popular feature is the ability to copy
items into PST files. The user has a variety of choices including
output format (Outlook 2002 and below, or Outlook 2003), internal
folder structure (Source Name, Source Path, Internal Structure,
user-defined folder), and PST Size checking.
