turns the Active Directory into the authoritative repository for
identity information by synchronizing databases, other
directories and data sources within the enterprise. Whether a
one-time fix is required or as part of a regularly scheduled
system procedure data across the enterprise is synchronized to
maintain accuracy. DTM can transform the data into a new
format; wizard based application reveals the schema from each
source to create a point and click selection. DTM utilizes
data transformation scripting within the product to assist in
